I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1. These operating rules govern the rules for using private spaces (hereinafter referred to as the "Space") provided by the Operator.
2. The operating rules are binding for all clients and persons who are in the Space.
3. By entering the Space, the client confirms that:
• has read these rules
• agrees to them
• undertakes to comply with them
II. ENTRY TO THE SPACE
1. Entry to the Space is only possible based on a valid reservation.
2. The client will receive an access code that is non-transferable.
3. The client is entitled to enter the Space:
• no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of the reservation
• leave the Space no later than the end of the reservation
4. Exceeding the reservation time may be subject to a fee.
III. NUMBER OF PERSONS
1. Maximum number of persons in the Space: 4 persons including the client.
2. The Client is responsible for all persons admitted to the Space.
IV. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly prohibited in the Space:
• smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
• use of narcotic and psychotropic substances
• entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• handling of open fire
• bringing weapons or dangerous substances
• damaging equipment
• disturbing the peace at night or disturbing the surroundings
V. SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. The Client uses the Space at his own risk.
2. The Client acknowledges that:
• activities in the Space may be physically demanding
• he is fully responsible for his health and the health of other persons
3. The Operator is not responsible for:
• injuries caused by inappropriate or dangerous behavior
• damage caused by the Client
• loss or theft of personal belongings
4. The Client is responsible for all damage caused to:
• the Operator's property
• third parties
VI. CONDITION OF THE SPACE AND REPORTING DEFECTS
1. The space is inspected before each reservation.
2. The client is obliged to:
• report any defects immediately
• ideally provide photographs
3. If the client:
• does not report defects immediately
• continues to use the space
the space is deemed to have been taken over without defects
VII. OBLIGATIONS UPON DEPARTURE
The client is obliged to:
• leave the space on time
• lock the space
• return the key according to instructions
• restore the space to its normal condition
VIII. VIOLATION OF THE RULES
1. In the event of a violation of these rules, the Operator is entitled to:
• immediately terminate the use of the space
• cancel the reservation without compensation
• demand compensation for damages
2. In such a case, the client is not entitled to:
• refund
• credit
• alternative date
IX. HEALTH FITNESS
1. The client declares that:
- is medically fit to use the space
- acts voluntarily and at his own risk
2. In the event of health complications, the client is responsible.
X. PROTECTION OF PROPERTY
1. The client is responsible for the equipment of the space.
2. He is obliged to pay for any damage.
3. The operator reserves the right to demand compensation for damages in full.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These operating rules are an integral part of the GTC.
2. The operator reserves the right to change them at any time.
3. These rules come into effect on the date of publication.
