I. IDENTIFICATION OF THE OPERATOR

(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”)
II. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1. The Operator provides short-term rental of private premises (hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”) for the purpose of their temporary use by the client.
2. The contract is concluded remotely via a web interface.
3. By concluding the contract, the client has the right to use the Premises for the agreed period.
III. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1. The client makes a reservation via the online reservation system.
2. Before completing the reservation, the client is obliged to:
• familiarize themselves with these GTC
• familiarize themselves with the cancellation conditions
• confirm their agreement
3. The contract is concluded at the moment of:
• payment of the reservation price
• and sending the reservation confirmation by the Operator
4. After payment, the client receives:
• reservation confirmation
• access code
• instructions for using the space
IV. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
1. Prices are listed on the Operator's website.
2. Payment is made exclusively by online payment card.
3. The price is payable immediately upon reservation.
V. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
1. The client acknowledges that the subject of the contract is a service tied to a specific date and time.
2. In accordance with Section 1837 letter a j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code:
• The client does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
3. By making a reservation, the client expressly confirms that:
• he/she has been informed of this restriction
• he/she agrees with it
VI. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1. Registered client
- cancellation more than 24 hours in advance → 100% credit
- cancellation less than 24 hours → no refund
credit:
- validity 2 months
- cannot be paid in cash
2. Unregistered client
- Has the right to change the reservation date once with a voucher if he cancels the reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
- In this case, he will receive a voucher worth the full amount paid.
- The voucher can be used to book a new date and is valid for two months from the date of issue.
- The client is not entitled to compensation if the voucher is not used
3. Common provisions
• paid amounts are not refundable in cash
• compensation is exclusively in the form of credit (if a claim arises)
VII. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINT)
1. The client is obliged to report defects immediately.
2. In the event of a serious defect:
• the client takes evidence (photo)
• leaves the premises
• contacts the operator
3. If the client does not report the defects in time:
• the claim expires
4. The complaint will be handled:
• within 3 days (simple cases)
• within 30 days (more complex cases)
VIII. RULES OF USE
1. The client is responsible for:
• his/her behavior
• the behavior of all persons in the premises
2. Maximum number of persons: 4
3. Prohibited:
• smoking
• drugs
• dangerous objects
4. The client is responsible for damage caused to property.
IX. LIABILITY
1. The operator is only responsible for damage caused by breach of his/her obligations.
2. Not responsible for:
• client behavior
• health risks
• client's personal belongings
3. The client uses the space at his own risk.
X. TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
The operator may cancel the reservation if:
• the client violates the GTC
• there is a reasonable suspicion of a violation
In such a case, there is no claim to a refund.
XI. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The client (consumer) has the right to contact:
• Czech Trade Inspection
• European Online Dispute Resolution Platform
XII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. These GTC are effective on the date of publication.
2. The operator reserves the right to change the GTC.
3. Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
