- persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from entering the studio
- the rental will not be provided to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- the guest is obliged to pay for the rental in advance
- the guest is obliged to terminate the lease at the agreed time, in the case they would like to extend their rental period, it is necessary to discuss this with the lessor at least thirty minutes prior to the termination of the agreed rental
- studio equipment must not be taken out of the studio premises
- if a guest destroys or breaks any of the equipment, they are obliged to pay for the item
- the guest is obliged to immediately report any damage caused by them
- the lessor is not responsible for what occurs in the studio
- from 22:00 - 07:00, the guest is obliged to observe the rules regarding noise nuisance outside the studio
- the guest is obliged to comply with safety, fire and hygiene regulations
- when leaving the studio, the guest must check that there is no open flame (candles, cigarette butts) left in the studio, they must leave the key inside the studio and check that they have closed the door behind them (or let the lessor know by text message that they have left the studio)
- it is forbidden to hold, manufacture or store any drugs or psychotropic substances in the studio
- cigarettes, e-cigarettes, IQOS are allowed to be smoked at the Vinohrady branch
- smoking e-cigarettes, IQOS is allowed at the Sokolovská branch
