Castration

An extreme practice in which a man is castrated by a woman. In the presence of the slave’s owner, the slave is castrated by having his testicles removed. A chastity belt prevents the slave from reaching orgasm, and some types even prevent an erection. These belts are made of metal or plastic. The slave’s sexual activity is entirely in the hands of Madam.

CBT (cock and ball torture)

A practice focused on the male genitals. There are many methods (wax, ice, piercing with needles, whipping, weighting, etc.).

Dildo Training

A practice in which a vibrator or strap-on dildo is inserted into a man's rectum.

Dogplay

It is a BDSM practice that involves one form of "roleplay"—in this case, the participants' attempt to adopt the behaviors of a dog and its master.

Electroplay

This is a BDSM practice involving electrostimulation (ES) and electro-torture (ET), which utilizes the stimulating effects of electric current in BDSM practice.

Facesitting

Facesitting is a practice in which one partner sits on the other’s face. In this fetish, the person sitting on the face wears leather, latex, or stockings. Usually, a dominant woman sits on the face of a submissive man, but there are many variations.

Feminization

T/D (teasing/denial)

A highly effective practice that involves sexually stimulating the slave but then denying him orgasm. This practice can be short-term or long-term. The slave is then constantly sexually frustrated, which leads to greater obedience, devotion, and a desire to fulfill every wish. The use of a chastity belt is also related to this (see “CB”).

Trampling

Trampling is a BDSM practice in which the dominant partner steps on or stomps on the submissive partner’s body. This practice can be made even more erotic by using bare feet, stockings, etc. (elements of foot fetishism); the pain can be intensified by wearing high heels, and in addition to physical pain, it also involves psychological humiliation.
