The controller processes the data that you have provided or obtained on the basis of an order. It processes the identification and contact data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Purpose and lawful basis of processing

The processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), for example, sending marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

IV. Retention period

We retain the data for the time necessary for the performance of the contract and the exercise of claims. After the deadline, we delete the data.

V. Recipients of data

Personal data may be passed on to subcontractors (e.g. carriers, payment providers). We do not transfer data to third countries.

VI. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time. A complaint can be filed with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VII. Data security

The Administrator has put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures for protection. Only authorised persons have access to the data.

By submitting your order you confirm that you are aware of the terms and conditions. You agree to them by ticking the consent box. The administrator may modify the terms and will post the new version on the website.
