OPERATING RULES

I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These Operating Rules govern the rules for the use of the private areas (hereinafter referred to as the "Area") provided by the Operator.

The Operating Regulations are binding for all clients and persons who are in the Premises.

By entering the Space, the Client acknowledges that:

  • has made himself acquainted with these rules
  • agrees with him
  • undertakes to comply with it

II. ENTRANCE TO THE PREMISES

Access to the Space is only possible on the basis of a valid reservation.

The client receives an access code that is not transferable.

The Client is entitled to enter the Premises:

  • no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of the reservation
  • leave the premises at the latest at the time of the end of the reservation

Exceeding the reservation period may incur a fee.

III. NUMBER OF PERSONS

Maximum number of persons in the Room: 4 persons including the client.

The Client shall be responsible for all persons admitted to the Premises.

IV. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

It is strictly forbidden in the Space:

  • smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
  • use of narcotic and psychotropic substances
  • entering under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • handling of open flames
  • bringing in weapons or dangerous substances
  • damage to equipment
  • disturbing the peace or causing a nuisance

V. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

The Client uses the Premises on its own responsibility.

The Client acknowledges that:

  • activities in the Space can be physically demanding
  • be fully responsible for his/her own health and the health of others

The operator is not responsible for:

  • injuries caused by inappropriate or dangerous behaviour
  • damage caused by the client
  • loss or theft of personal belongings

The client is responsible for any damage caused by:

  • on the Operator's property
  • to third parties

VI. CONDITION OF PREMISES AND DEFECT REPORTING

The space is checked before each booking.

The Client is obliged to:

  • report any defects without delay
  • ideally supported by a photograph

If the Client does not report the defects immediately and continues to use the Space, it is deemed that the Space has been accepted without defects.

VII. DEPARTURE OBLIGATIONS

The Client is obliged to:

  • leave the Space in time
  • Lock Space
  • return the key as instructed
  • to bring the Space to a normal state

VIII. VIOLATION OF RULES

In the event of a breach of these Regulations, the Operator is entitled to:

  • immediately cease use of the space
  • cancel reservation without refund
  • claim damages

In this case, the client is not entitled to:

  • refund
  • Credit
  • alternative term

IX. MEDICAL FITNESS

The Client declares that:

  • is medically fit to use the space
  • acts voluntarily and at his own risk

In case of health complications, the client is responsible.

X. PROTECTION OF PROPERTY

The client is responsible for the furnishing of the space.

Any damage is to be reimbursed.

The Operator reserves the right to claim full compensation for damages.

XI. FINAL PROVISIONS

These operating rules are an integral part of the GTC.

The Operator reserves the right to change it at any time.

These Rules shall enter into force on the date of publication.
