booking procedure
You have two options to make a reservation:
Reservation without registration
1. Enter your name, surname, email and phone number.
2. Select a branch (Karlín or Vinohrady).
3. Select the date and time.
4. Proceed straight to secure online payment.
5. After payment you will receive a confirmation, a code to your mailbox and all instructions.
Reservation for registered users
1. If you already have an account, log in.
2. If you do not have an account, create one in the system.
3. After logging in, select a branch (Karlín or Vinohrady), a date, and a time.
4. Complete the booking and payment.
5. After confirmation you will receive all the details, including the code to your mailbox.
cancellation policy
We differentiate between conditions for registered and non-registered customers
UNREGISTERED CLIENT
1. Non-registered clients have one change of date if they cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
2. In this case, a voucher will be sent to the customer for the amount paid.
3. This voucher is valid for two months from the date of issue.
4. The client uses the voucher when booking a new date through the booking system.
5. If the client does not use the reservation even within the generated voucher, the amount will be forfeited without refund.
6. The client acknowledges that by booking he/she is blocking the capacity of the provider and therefore it is important to keep the cancellation time.
REGISTERED CLIENT
1. The client is entitled to cancel the reservation at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
2. In this case, a credit of 100% of the amount paid will be credited.
3. The credit is valid for two months and cannot be redeemed in cash.
4. If the client cancels the reservation less than 24 hours before the start time or does not use the reservation, the right to a refund is forfeited.
5. The credit can only be used to pay for the next booking through the booking system.
6. The client acknowledges that by booking he/she is blocking the capacity of the provider and therefore it is important to keep the cancellation time.
